Client Age Policy:
All Guests must be 18 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Guests who are 16 and 17 are eligible to receive Salon & Facial treatments only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age. Private events where spa areas are exclusive to the event and parents are involved are an exception.


Gift Card Policy/Gift Certificates/Series:
Gift Cards/Certificates/Series are not refundable and must be presented at Center at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable, replaceable or valid. If the name on the Card, or Certificate/Series is valid for use ONLY by that individual who is named thereon. Discount promotions and/or certificates are not valid in combination with Cards/Gift Certificates/Series.

Discounts & Promotions:
Discount promotions are valid only till the date listed thereon. Customer may choose the specific discount which gives them the best price, but cannot combine discount promotions. Some Discounts or Promotions are valid only for use by a specific Spa Technician. These services are not transferable to other Technicians or Services.

Return & Exchanges:
We do not deal with physical products, thus any interests toward the products used during the treatments, may directly inquire of the technician for further details. The technician would be responsible for each purchase/ return of the products and provide the testing if feasible as well. However, in order to protect our customers from contamination, some of the product returns are not acceptable. Please fully understand the policy before purchasing from your technician.

Spa Package Policy:
Spa packages are available during certain campaigns and not refundable. The package service is valid for use ONLY by that individual who registered the package program. The ownership of the package is not replaceable.
